OQUIRRH MOUNTAIN TEMPLE

The kids and I had the special opportunity to attend the open house of the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple in South Jordan with Grandpa. They were really excited at the chance to tour the inside. Avery kept saying how beautiful it was. South Jordan is the only city in the world with two temples within its limits.
The other, of course, is the Jordan River Temple, shown here.
We ended the day with a Lime Ricky and some ice cream Cherry Dippers from Arctic Circle.

Okay. Can I tell you how good you are for me? I need to be more like you. I LOVE that you let your kids dip their little toes in the fountain water. That's a memory. (And a sin worth paying for later...lol:) JK) You're a great mom! I appreciate that you keep the really important things in perspective. I need to be better at that!
