WELCOME HOME

His flight home arrived close to 10pm, but that didn't stop him from waking the kids up just to hug and kiss them and hold their sweetness again. He missed them almost as much as they missed him! The kids and I had worked together on some "Welcome Home" banners and posters that were hung in each room of the house. We're so proud of him! Stet took a while to really wake up...

...until Dan pulled out the bag of Canadian souvenirs...

Danny served his mission in Calgary, Alberta, and these were his favorite treats when he was there: KINDER SURPRISE. They're hollow chocolate eggs with little toys inside. So yummy and fun!

We are SOOOOOOO HAPPY to have our Daddy back and feel complete again!!

Our family owes everything surrounding this HUGE BLESSING to Danny and his dedication, determination, sacrifice, and unbelievable hard work. His hands not only provide our family with food, clothing, and a roof over our heads but with honor, patience, gentle teaching, and strength. He does it purely out of love for us, and respect for his role as a father and husband. He is so admirable, I couldn't ask for a better role model for our children. Thank you, Babe, for everything. You amaze me.

Jaci, you are such a cool wife!! What a fun, loving homecoming for Danny! I am sure he could feel your appreciation for him in all the decor and excitement from you and the kids!

Danny, you're the man! I admire you and appreciate the friend you are to our family! Congratulations!

P.S. Those chocolate eggs are super awesome! Chocolate and presents all in one? Are you kidding? The inventor of that was GENIUS!!!

Jaci I don't think there's ever been a time that I've walked away from you not thinking about what an amazing woman you are. Proof again.

It sounds to me like you are both lucky to have each other.
